There are no words that can describe the warmth that you felt when you entered Nick and Laurie’s home, We would always comment what a wonderful job they did raising two beautiful children. Nick was a man of few words however the works he spoke had such an impact of the love he shared with everyone who entered his home. There was not a time that we visited that we did not share the humor, culture, memories, and of course food of the Italian heritage. We shared such a close bond through our fond memories of our past and he brought them all back to life again, in such a warm way. Nick put so much love in the foods that he cooked and shared with all that entered his home. He was an incredibly strong and unselfish man who never complained about any ailment he had. He was more concerned about all of us having a good time. When you were in his presence you could feel the love he had for his wife and children, and how proud he was of them. He had a truly unspoken love for his family and everyone he came in contact with. He found pleasure in the small things in life, just being together and making memories. He never had a negative word or feeling about anyone or thing. He always had a positive attitude about what ever occurred. I always would end every thank to Laurie and Nick with, thank you for letting us be part of such a wonderful family. Nick will always be with all of us through his wife and children’s eyes. We love you and miss you Nick.
