Obituary of Merle Price

Merle Price, 57 years of age, of Moscow, PA, passed away at his home on February 10th. Born in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late Robert (2012)and Evelyn Thompson Price(1978). Merle was raised in Dumont, NJ, and was a graduate of Bergen Tech. He was an avid fisherman, loved American history and was a passionate musician and music historian. He was funny, witty, compassionate , and a collector of all genres. He had previously been employed at Schole's Electric in Piscataway,NJ from 1991-2005 and later at Townsends/Pocono Foods from 2006-2009. Mr Price is survived by his loving family; his step mother, Doris Havenstrite Price, his step sister, and aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. A Memorial visitation will be held from 2-4PM on Saturday, February 23rd at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Rt 94, Blairstown, NJ. At the family's request, please do not send flowers.
