Obituary of Gregory J Gessler

Gregory J. Gessler, 61 years of age, a resident of Knowlton Twp., NJ passed away in Morristown, NJ on July 23, 2022.  He was born in Passaic, NJ on June 4, 1961, to Eugene and Lisa (Strobel) Gessler.  He was self-employed as owner of Quadrajetparts.com. He began his career as a computer programmer, then began his own business as a machinist, porting cylinder heads and other custom work for performance automotive applications. He started Quadrajetparts.com, an online retailer for automotive parts. He was an Eagle Scout, as well as Assistant Scout Master for Blairstown Troop 140, and a life member volunteer fireman for Great Notch Fire Department of Little Falls, NJ.  He was an avid outdoorsman, model train enthusiast, and accomplished stock appearing drag racer. 

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Virginia (Ginny) Gessler, daughter Laura Gessler, son Joseph Gessler, mother, Lisa Gessler, sister-in-law Deborah Gessler, nieces Jennifer Sokalski, husband Randy, and Susan Gessler, great nephews, Stephen, John, and great niece, Clara. He was predeceased by his father, Eugene, and a brother Stephen. 

A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022, from 3-6PM with words of remembrance at 5:45PM, at Newbaker Funeral Home, Blairstown, NJ. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newbaker Funeral Home, Blairstown, NJ.
