Carlo Cesarini formerly of Brodheadsville, PA. passed away on Tuesday April 20, 2021 in Columbia, New Jersey. He was at home surrounded by his loving family and in the spiritual presence of his wonderful family in Italy. He was born in Rome, Italy on January 27, 1947 and was educated in Rome finishing his schooling becoming a Civil Engineer. He moved to New York in July of 1970 and was married to his wife, Joann, for 50 years. He worked in a gas station while learning English and then began his career at Con Edison, NYC. He and his family moved to Pennsylvania in 1984 where he continued his Engineering career at Gannett and Fleming in Harrisburg. PA. until his retirement in 2010. He will be forever missed by his wife Joann and children, Carlo, Alessandra, Stephan, Adriana, and Alyssa, with whom his spirit will be united forever; his mother Ersilia (pre-deceased) brother Luigi, sisters Ada and Rosanna(pre-deceased) in Rome, Italy, along with his nieces and nephews, whom always revered "Zio Carlo", and bestowed upon him their love and respect. He leaves behind his beloved grandchildren in the U.S. and Italy. Eleanora, Alessandra, Krystyna, Austin, Mayleigh, and Paulo. He was also delighted with his three great grandchildren Elena, Diletta and Elettra. They will always remember Nonno as a man interested in learning and educating them by answering all their questions, and of course his sense of humor. His family has always been the driving force for all his success. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all of those who lives he has touched.
