Obituary of Richard Motyka

Richard H. Motyka, 76 years of age of Hope, NJ. He passed away January 26, 2018 at Overlook Medical Center, Summit NJ. He was born in Paterson, NJ on September 10, 1941 to the late Hank and Victoria Motyka. He worked as a truck driver for Roadway Trucking Co. He also received his B.S. Degree at Fairleigh Dickinson College. Richard loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed the outdoors and hunting.

He is survived by his wife Joyce Motyka, son Richard and his wife Lisa, daughter Kenna and her husband Gordon Pearson, 7 Grand children Leyna, Lars, Ian, Cassandra, Mia, Natalie and Sabrina, and sister Jackie Emma.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Monday January 29, 2018 at St. Judes Roman Catholic Church, 7 Eisenhower Rd., Blairstown, NJ 07825. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday January 28, 2018 at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown, NJ 07825 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
